Establishment

An entity owned by one individual, with the trade license issued in his or her own name. The business activities that can be carried out will depend on the nationality of the owner. The owner assumes all the financial responsibilities of the entity including all its liabilities.

Establishments that are owned by foreign nationals are required to appoint a Local Service Agent (LSA) to assist in obtaining licenses, visas etc.

- Owner
- Local Agent (applicable only if the owner is not a UAE/GCC national)
- Manager (only in the case of  Tajer & All in One licenses)
- Representative (optional)
